Ley de Contrataciones del Estado, aprobada mediante Ley Nº 30225.

Reglamento de Contrataciones del Estado aprobado mediante DS Nº 344-2018-EF y actualizado según DS N° 377-2019-EF.

Se ha actualizado Reglamento segun DS 168 y 250-2020-EF.
